The essay meets, in terms of completeness and thoroughness of the information, the needs of the information concerning individual issues on the legislative, judicial and doctrinaire profile, reducing them to a coherent system.
It consists of two kinds of works:
"horizontal", which examines institutions or general principles, applicable to all administrative activity, which ultimately conform or characterise public administrations (eg.: the system of administrative law, its history, activities, responsibility, jurisdiction, organisation, etc.)
"vertical", concerning specific areas of administrative law, whose importance, both theoretical and practical, requires an ad hoc examination
