In compliance with the Code for the Protection of Personal Data (Legislative Decree no. 196/03), the publisher ensures maximum security and confidentiality in the handling of the personal data used for ordinary commercial management and for sending catalogs, newsletters and other free material, as well as services specifically requested by the person concerned.

For carrying out the activity, the publisher uses its own employees and external parties who are responsible, or liable, to process the data for the above mentioned purposes and in full compliance with the Code on the processing of personal data. In no case the data are communicated to third parties. Article 7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/03 provides:
"Right to access personal data and other rights"
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. You have the right to obtain information about:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of processing data with the help of electronic means;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. You have the right to:
a) update, rectificate or, when interested, integrate the data;
b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data unlawfully processed including data which need not to be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations under a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or revealed, unless this requirement is impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons concerning the processing of personal data, even to the scope of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communications. "
